Three things. (1) It's a panel of three distinct interviewers, not one chatbot — closer to a real loop. (2) The bar is calibrated to the actual role level we extract from the JD. (3) The report grounds every score in evidence from your transcript.

We process audio for transcription and scoring, then keep the transcript and report. Audio recordings are deleted within 30 days unless you save them. We never train models on your voice without explicit opt-in.
